This vase is created on the pottery wheel with ceramic stoneware and high fire glaze.

Process
 
I handcraft my products using stoneware clay at my studio located in Warren, Rhode Island. Each piece is handcrafted one by one.
 
First, for a “bisque” firing, and a second time for a glaze firing. The glaze firing goes up to 2200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure that the vase is exceptionally durable. After the firings, I attach the crystals with industrial strength epoxy.
